How much does Registry Serve cost? A. The price of Registry Serve varies according to your individual requirements. Your can select the number of licenses you would like and any additional features by Clicking Here. You may also download a Free Scan if you would like to check your computer for errors prior to purchasing. Q. Can I receive a CD copy of Registry Serve? A. Yes. You will be asked if you would like to receive a backup CD during the checkout process. Q. Is Registry Serve compatible on 64-bit computers? A. Yes. Registry Serve is compatible on both 32 & 64-bit computers for Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, & Windows Vista operating systems. Q. How can registry errors impact my computer? A. The most common impact registry errors have on your PC is decreased computer performance. In some instances applications may fail and you may also receive error messages. Q. How often should I use Registry Serve? A. Unless you are adding/removing applications frequently to your computer, weekly scans should be sufficient. Q. Will Registry Serve fix my errors? A. The best way to determine if Registry Serve can correct the problem you are experiencing is to perform a free computer scan. Q. What happens if I ignore my registry errors? A. Ignoring registry errors can impact your computers performance and utilize unnecessary system resources. As your registry continues to grow in size and is ignored, your computer may even slow down and crash due to insufficient resources required for applications to run. Questions Using RegServe Q. Where can I find my License Key? A. You will receive a license key upon registering your product. You should receive it via email and it will also be display on the welcoming page following your registration. Q. I have lost my License Key, can I recover it online? A. Yes. Using the following page, you can recover your lost or missing license key: support/license-key.php Q. How do I enter my License Key? A. To enter your license key, click the Register link at the top of the Registry Serve window. Please enter the license key you were provided with at the time of registration without any additional characters or spaces. Q. I reformatted my computer, how can I reinstall Registry Serve? A. As a member, you can reinstall Registry Serve from the members area at any time. Use the license key you were given at the time of purchase to activate the program. If you do not have the license key, please contact the customer service department. Q. Why doesn't my License Key work? A. The most common cause of the "Invalid License Key" message is a result of characters or white spaces entered into the license key fields. To prevent this problem from occurring, please enter your license key manually without performing a copy/paste. Q. How do I add additional License Keys? A. You can increase the number of licenses you wish to have at anytime. Please contact the Customer Service Department and specify the number of licenses you would like to add. You will receive additional licenses at a discounted rate once you are a Registry Serve customer. Q. How do I add items to the Ignore List? A. Items can be added to the ignore list following any scan. By unchecking the item selected for repair, it is automatically added to the Ignore List. Use the plus (+) or minus (-) sign to expand or collapse the list while browsing errors.  |
